The staff were very amiable and easygoing and helped with private parking. The hotel was in a convenient and handy location really close to the main shopping centre in the next street, and shops and resturants. After long day I visited The Entrance Venue for a couple of drinks.

The room was not properly cleaned and had a dirty feeling. the air conditioning unit in the room was not working properly and it took forever to cool down the room.

A great place to stay in the heart of the city, with easy access to everything Katherine has to offer. the location is very convenient, right in town and near the main highway. the rooms are nice and clean, with good air conditioning and plenty of space to move around in. the pool is a great way to relax after a day of exploring.

The noise level from outside the hotel can be a bit disturbing at times.

Great Pool and Friendly Staff

Spent Christmas at this hotel and while the pool was great - the staff was even better! They were super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Plus, the location was perfect; just a short walk to all the shops and restaurants.

The room was disgusting. No air conditioning on arrival and took ages to cool down.
